Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Urban Bongs. We aim to process and deliver orders across Canada as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, order processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your shipment, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery time within Canada is typically 4–10 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, courier service interruptions, or peak seasonal demand.
Shipping Locations
Urban Bongs currently ships to addresses within Canada.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
P.O. Box Addresses
Some carriers may not deliver to private P.O. Box addresses. If a shipping issue occurs due to address restrictions, we may contact you to request an alternative delivery address.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours after shipment.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with shipping claims, please retain:
- The original shipping box
- All packaging materials
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
Shipping carriers may require inspection of the packaging before approving a claim. Once a claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
