Refund policy

At Urban Bongs, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Due to the nature of smoking accessories and hygiene considerations, certain limitations apply to returns and exchanges.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through our online store are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds once an order has been completed.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:

• The item is unused
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• The request for exchange is made within 7 days of delivery

Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns or exchanges may be subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the total purchase value.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at urbanbongs@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order 

Please include the following information when contacting us:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A description of the issue

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

Return Authorization

Please contact our support team before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Returns

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, used items, opened consumables, and products not returned in original condition are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.
